Take Heart
In 1989 a small group of patients founded ‘The Take Heart Club’ and chose to form an independent charity. The thought was to return something back as a ‘thank you’ for the care and support they had received whilst patients in the Yorkshire Heart Centre at Leeds General Infirmary. Take Heart is based on F floor at the LGI.
