Children’s Heart Surgery Fund is proud to announce a partnership with Askern Music Festival.

This family-friendly festival is in its 3rd year, after hosting the chart-topping Pigeon Detectives in 2017.

CEO Sharon Coyle said:

We’re thrilled that Askern Music Festival are partnering with our charity for their annual event.

This is a great opportunity for us to connect with a new family audience, and give established supporters an added reason to discover local bands and musical artists.

There will be lots of fundraising activities on the day, so please do get involved – we’ll see you there!

The Doncaster-based live music festival were blown away by the passion of the hospital staff after a visit from AMF founder, Andy O’Grady who said:

Families battling with tricky times in their lives travel to Leeds General Infirmary from all over Yorkshire, including those on our very own doorstep.

We wanted to help raise awareness in our area for a very noteworthy cause and showcase the magnificent work that Children’s Heart Surgery Fund do.

Askern Music Festival is snowballing, becoming bigger and better year on year and organisers are already promising more big names to be gracing the stage again in 2018.

It all takes place on Saturday 14th July 2018 at Askern Welfare Cricket Club.

Tickets are available on our event page, priced at £20.
